Sachin Daga, AIA, AICP, LEED AP BD+C, ND

Sachin is the founding principal and urban design practice area leader in the San Francisco Bay Area office. With over 13 years of experience, Sachin worked on a wide variety of projects for private developers, non-profit and public sector clients in the United States, India and Jamaica.  The diversity of his work spans commercial, civic, retail, critical facilities, hospitality, workplace, higher education, master planning and urban design. Sachin believes in forming strong and lasting relationships with communities, clients, and stakeholders. He provides leadership to resolve complex issues and unique challenges that each project faces.

Sachin is an advocate for equitable design with a focus on long-range vision planning and built environment to create vibrant and sustainable communities for everyone. He is a registered architect in the State of California and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is also a certified planner and a member of the American Planning Association. Sachin is LEED accredited Professional with a specialization in Neighborhood Development and Building Design + Construction and worked on many LEED and WELL-certified projects to achieve sustainable goals for the project and clients. He is a volunteer for ULI with the “Urban Plan” program which trains Bay Area high school students in planning and development concepts and their impact on communities.

Sam Rampy, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C

Samuel Rampy is the founding principal and architecture practice area leader in the Los Angeles office. He is an Architect with experience across a broad range of mixed-use, workspace, retail, hospitality, and industrial project types. In addition, he has collaborated with a diverse group of clients and has gained the ability to listen to their needs and desires. He believes that a successful project requires teamwork between all stakeholders involved in the design and construction process.

Before forming Rampy + Daga, Samuel led design teams on mixed-use, urban infill, and adaptive reuse projects throughout California. He has engaged in a design process that begins with a multi-disciplinary approach and relies on research, analysis, and community input to ensure a deep contextual understanding. This process seeks to produce results that best fit a community’s needs.

Samuel is a registered architect in the State of California and holds a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards(NCARB)certificate. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialization in Building Design + Construction. Samuel is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the U.S. Green Building Council, and the San Francisco Bay Area Planning & Urban Research Association.
